The van calls at both yards as ordinary stops: it collects at the one the stock is leaving and drops at the other. A collection from the yard the van loads at anyway goes on with the morning’s load instead of being a stop. The stock is held back at the first yard from now on. The round must still be planned and have a van. A transfer already aboard a van, after a drop that could not be made, can only go on a round of that same van, and needs only the drop. Moving it to another round takes it off the first.
